The staff are fantastically friendly, the location is excellent. Piccolino, where you can eat lunch, is at walking distance from the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Its location was great, to the central bus station on foot. What's more, it was just next door to amazing restaurants.

The experience was luxurious, would book again. The hotel was reasonably priced and good small and the food was good. Comfortable and peaceful location in the most central area of Jerusalem was a plus. In general the service was excellent. It was nice to get ironing free of charge too.

The location is marvellous and incredible, it's in West Jerusalem district close to Zion Square and commercial area, all important sights, shopping and restaurants, and Close to shops. I have stayed in the double room with three beds for our teenagers

The hotel was stylish, clean, in a very quite area. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with owned terrace. Coffee & tea makers, a refrigerator, and glassware were a big plus. The location was marvellous, not very far from a public park.

This hotel in the heart of the district surprised us with its value for money. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, providing a great view of the surroundings. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the comfortable amenities. The location was ideal, being in the middle of a vibrant district, yet surprisingly quiet at night. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. And the breakfast, which was included and served at a nearby location, was a delightful start to the day.

Units with owned terrace. The location was great for exploring this really quiet area, short walk to Yad Vashem and the Central Bus Station as well as shops and restaurants.
The staff - some of them were very incompetent.
